Did you know? There is no better home hair care than washing your hair properly! To do this, use a mild shampoo with surfactants that respect your hair fibre and scalp.

Certain ingredients present in so-called “supermarket” shampoos should be banned, such as ammonium laureth sulfate, ammonium lauryl sulfate, sodium Laureth sulfate or even sodium lauryl sulfate.

Step 1: We advise you to use a mild product for the shampoo that will act as a home hair care product. Indeed, if traditional shampoos tend to lather easily, this does not mean that they wash better. On the contrary, they tend to strip the scalp intensely, which ultimately dries out the hair fibre in depth.

Also, to repair the harmful effects of shampoos that are too stripping, you can turn to mild shampoos, that is to say with a pH between 4.5 and 7. Gently massage your scalp, so as to wash your skull.

For a home hair care of a few minutes, it’s ideal: you will boost the growth of your hair!

Step 2: Secondly, rinse with clear water, preferably non-calcareous. In some cities, the water is harder than in others, so in this case, you can use softened rinse water or even cider vinegar.

We advise you to wash your hair with lukewarm water and then rinse your hair one last time with cold water. Indeed, it is the ideal solution to tighten the scales of your hair and thus benefit from radiant hair.

Step 3: Don’t forget the detangling step with a natural hair care product that will strengthen the hair fibre in depth.

We advise you to use a vegetable conditioner and to avoid all conditioners that contain silicones. Indeed, these substances weigh down the hair fiber by preventing it from breathing.

Little tip: apply this natural hair care only on the lengths, so as not to risk greasing the roots.

Step 4: Finally, to strengthen all of your hair, you need to apply a hair mask. We advise you to make this homemade hair care by yourself. To do this, use very rich hair butter and repeat this step once a week.

Natural hair care: a recipe to boost your hair!

Here is a natural hair care recipe that you can easily make at home. In a container, put 2 or 3 drops of lemon and bergamot essential oils.

Add a knob of hair butter of your choice: coconut or shea butter. On towel-dried hair, apply a small amount of the mask and gently massage your scalp. Leave on for 15 minutes then rinse thoroughly with clean water.

To optimize the effects of this natural hair treatment, you can leave it on overnight and then wash your hair in the morning with a mild shampoo.
